For persons without computer or smart phone access, live assistance can be available by calling 870-543-1820 and making an appointment. 

A general meeting will be held at the Pine Bluff Convention Center on this coming Wednesday, May 15, 2024 in Banquet Hall #2 where applications will be taken as well.  The time is 4 PM - 5:30 PM and the doors will open at 3 PM for the general public.

The application deadline is no later than 12 midnight on May 21, 2024.
