Mayor Vivian Flowers to Deliver State of the City Address on March 31st

Mayor Vivian Flowers will deliver the annual State of the City Address on March 31, 2025 at 6 PM in the Pine Bluff Convention Center Auditorium. This highly anticipated event will provide an overview of the city's progress, key initiatives, and future plans as Pine Bluff continues its journey of growth and transformation.

The State of the City Address will highlight accomplishments over the past year, ongoing projects, and strategic priorities for the future. Mayor Flowers will discuss advancements in economic development, public safety, infrastructure, and community engagement.

"This address is an opportunity to reflect on our successes, acknowledge challenges, and outline a vision that ensures continued progress for Pine Bluff," said Mayor Flowers.
